Which photo works best?
Use a sharp, well-lit photo with the full face visible. Avoid heavy filters and motion blur.
People or multiple subjects?
Both are supported. A photo where every person or pet is clearly visible and not heavily overlapping works best.
Can I preview it first?
Yes. You receive a watermarked preview. The print uses the clean image. Three generations are free; extra attempts can be purchased.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is generally about 7 to 10 business days. Correctly produced personalised goods are not covered by the cooling-off period, while defects and damage are fully covered.
